Terms & Conditions

Reservation policy

Reservations can be made online, over the phone or through authorized travel agents. A valid credit card is required to secure the booking.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In time is at 2:00 PM and Check-Out time is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, but are subjected to additional charges. We request you to check with the receptionist for room availability on day of departure.

Payment policy

Full payment is required upon check-in or upon reservation made for non-refundable rate type. Accepted forms of payment include Credit and Debit cards and approved vouchers. A valid credit card must be presented upon check-in for incidentals and any additional charges incurred during the stay.

Flexible cancellation policy

Cancellations 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will incur a penalty charge equivalent to one nights’ room rate. No-shows will also be charged for one nights’ room rate.

Non-refundable policy

Cancellations and amendments are not allowed upon confirmation of reservation. Full pre-payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation, amendment or no-show at the property on arrival date.

Smoking policy

The resort is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, restaurants, and common area. Smoking is allowed at designated area only.

Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay. The Bus Collective reserves the right to charge the guests’ credit card for any necessary repairs or replacements.

Pets policy

Pets are not allowed in the resort premises.

Noise policy

Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour may result in eviction from the resort without refund.

Visitors policy

Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight and must exit the premises by 10:30 PM. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations, may result in being asked to leave the premises.

Privacy policy

The resort respects guests’ privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. Guest information will only be used for the purpose of completing the reservation and ensuring a pleasant stay.

Parking policy

Due to limited space and other considerations, the resort compound does not have a parking facility available for guests and visitors. We recommend that guests and visitors utilize nearby public parking areas. The resort is not responsible for any parking related issues or expenses incurred by guests or visitors.
